VP of Operations

The Vice President of Manufacturing Operations is a key member of the executive leadership team responsible for driving operational excellence across our manufacturing network. This role requires a strategic, results-oriented leader with a proven track record of optimizing manufacturing processes, improving efficiency, and delivering exceptional product quality.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the manufacturing strategy aligned with overall business objectives.

Oversee the daily operations of multiple manufacturing facilities, ensuring optimal performance, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.

Build, develop, and retain a high-performing manufacturing team.

Implement and maintain robust quality systems to ensure product compliance and customer satisfaction.

Foster a strong safety culture and ensure adherence to all environmental regulations.

Drive lean manufacturing initiatives and identify opportunities for process optimization.

Manage manufacturing budgets and costs, ensuring operational profitability.

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to ensure customer needs are met and exceeded.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

Minimum Of 15 Years Of Progressive Manufacturing Leadership Experience.

Proven track record in driving operational excellence and improving key performance indicators.

Strong leadership and team development skills.

Demonstrated ability to implement and sustain a culture of safety and quality.

Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Strong financial acumen and understanding of manufacturing costs.

Proficiency in ERP systems and other manufacturing software.
