Join us at a pivotal moment as we expand our healthcare services with the introduction of a state-of-the-art facility in Round Rock, Texas, set to open in January 2025. We are seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for our Procedural Endoscopy department who is passionate about providing exceptional patient care in a dynamic and evolving healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
Assess and prioritize patient needs in the procedural endoscopy setting, using clinical judgment to ensure effective patient care.
Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
Coordinate patient care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.
Educate patients and their families about procedures and post-procedure care.
Ensure the quality and effectiveness of nursing practice with ongoing assessments and adjustments as necessary.
Contribute to quality improvement initiatives and support the professional development of peers and other team members.

Qualifications
Graduate from an accredited nursing program, with a focus or specialization in Nursing.
Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
Basic Life Support (BLS) certification or ability to obtain within 30 days of hire.
Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience, ideally in a procedural or endoscopy setting.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
