Bethany Medical, an established Independent Multi-Specialty Practice located in Greensboro, High Point, Winston Salem, Jamestown, Kernersville, North Wilkesboro, and Mt. Airy is seeking a Diagnostic Services Manager to join our Team!.
The Diagnostic Services Manager will be responsible for managing all ancillary services including radiology, sonography, CT, allergy, PFT, nuclear and our Sleep Lab. The selected candidate should be a skilled, service oriented, and experienced professional that can instill positive energy within the individuals they supervise. The candidate should be experienced in working in a diagnostic environment supporting multiple locations.

Bethany Medical is open 7 days a week, with 16 practices in Greensboro, Winston-Salem, High Point, Kernersville, Jamestown, North Wilkesboro and Mt Airy, North Carolina. We have grown to provide the facilities, staff, and support to offer urgent care, primary care, diagnostic testing, outpatient ancillary and specialty care services onsite. Bethany Medical is staffed with board certified physicians and providers representing 16 medical specialties. Practice staff members are known for treating each patient with prompt personalized care and attention. Bethany Medical employs over 60 providers and over 525 employees.
About the Triad:
The Triad area includes Greensboro (3rd Largest City in NC), Winston Salem, High Point, and surrounding area. The Triad is centrally located in NC with a population of 1.9 million. The Triad is 1 hour from the mountains and 3 hours from the beach. Charlotte and Raleigh are 1.5 hours from the Triad. The Triad offers all the amenities of a larger city without all the traffic. The Piedmont Triad International Airport is conveniently located in Greensboro with convenient non-stop flights to most major cities. Job Description
- Oversee the facilitation of timely diagnostic services for patients
- Responsible for the overall growth of the department
- Support all clinical services as needed
- Manage department assigned personnel
- Regulate time and attendance, ensuring accuracy and timeliness of payroll submissions
- Prepare reports and statistical documentation to monitor and maintain standard of care
- Complete evaluations, competencies, various reports, and surveys
- Inspect daily workflow by assisting with or performing patient care activities as needed
- Ensure adequate staffing of all imaging departments, coordinating staff with other departments as required
- Supervise the calculation of weekly ancillary tracking and communication of tallies
- Administer equipment maintenance oversight including negotiation of service agreements and equipment purchase or leases
- Demonstrate and encourages team behavior and exceptional patient/guest experiences
- Uphold and promote patient safety and quality
- Communicate daily with physicians and APPs to ensure efficient and medically necessary usage of all Bethany Medical ancillary services.
- MHA, MBA, or equivalent
- Ability to think through problems and visualize solutions
- Must have aptitude for computer systems
- Experience in the medical field
- Diagnostic or Healthcare Management experience
- Knowledge of EMRs
- Typical office, clinic, and lab conditions
- Regularly required to sit, walk, and stand
- Use hands repetitively.
- Lift up to twenty-five pounds
