An outstanding opportunity awaits you in a premier ophthalmology practice located in Eastern Texas. We are in search of an Optometrist to join our full-time team. This role offers high income potential, including a production bonus, sign-on bonus, and a relocation allowance. Enjoy a work-life balance with a Monday to Friday schedule, free from weekend shifts. Our practice is supported by full tech and scribe aid, utilizing state-of-the-art technology and providing a variety of services, such as primary vision care, pediatrics, oculoplastic, glaucoma, cosmetic procedures, and world-class laser surgery.
Located about two hours from Dallas, this charming area is a treasure trove for visitors with family attractions, historic districts, quaint antique shops, and unique specialty stores. The region ensures a moderate cost of living, strong schools, several colleges, cultural facilities, and abundant outdoor recreational activities.

Responsibilities
- Manage glaucoma and diabetes cases.
- Conduct routine eye exams and provide full scope optometry.
- Handle medical cases and advise patients on proper eye care techniques.
- Diagnose eye defects, including myopia, astigmatism, and glaucoma.
