Essential Responsibilities

In addition, as the Process Engineer, you will:

• Through experience develop a methodology to define and control production process including tooling and equipment for specialized processes
• Facilitate and drive process improvements to meet business metrics
• Validate design specifications and shop floor application of new product, tools, or equipment
• Develops new solutions under guidance and/or in a team setting or based upon precedents in the organizations
• Works together with shop operators and programing technicians
• Delivers products as part of a team
• Works on cross functional teams
• Leads analytical and design activities using proven technologies and vested approaches and methods
  
  

Qualifications/Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college (Or a high school diploma / GED with a minimum of 4 years of experience in Manufacturing OR 4 years of Military experience)
