We are a national self-perform concrete contractor and are currently seeking a Regional Operations Manager to join our team. This role involves close collaboration with our South East project teams, providing operational leadership to ensure positive project outcomes. Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise, direct, and develop project teams, ensuring effective communication and leadership.
• Develop comprehensive project plans, setting clear expectations for all team members.
• Manage project information, delivering updates and reports to relevant stakeholders.
• Assess project progress and make recommendations to meet or exceed execution goals.
• Allocate manpower resources efficiently to achieve project objectives.
• Enforce adherence to defined processes, ensuring team members fulfill their roles and responsibilities.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by engaging with clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Address and resolve conflicts or issues with customers as they arise during the project.
  
  
  

Requirements and Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• At least 8 years of progressive experience in construction project management.
• Experience managing a variety of project types, with a focus on Commercial/Industrial projects.
• Solid understanding of construction principles and practices, with experience on projects valued over 1 million dollars.
• A Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering is required.
