Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Distribute all invoices to the proper locations for approval by managers.
- Coordinate the input of all invoices for payment.
- Assist with review of proposal report for A/P check runs.
- Run A/P checks.
- Coordinate the distribution of A/P checks.
- Maintain accounts payable files.
- Understand the chart of accounts.
- Ability to perform backup payroll duties.
- Maintain and reconcile various G/L accounts.
- Reconcile purchase card activity on a weekly basis.
- Purchase supplies.
- Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE :
- High school diploma and two years accounts payable experience.
- Excel proficiency.
- Strong organizational skills.
- Detail oriented.
