Spherion is currently seeking motivated individuals for the Returns Area team as Data Entry/Scanning Associate. This is a growing company in the distribution sector - committed to providing exceptional service to customers and maintaining a positive work environment for our team. Training will be provided to successful candidates to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge for the role. Must have previous forklift experience.
Responsibilities
Accurately input and scan data related to returned products into our systems.
Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient processing of returns.
Utilize warehouse management systems to track and manage inventory.
Perform quality checks to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
Follow established procedures to maintain a smooth workflow.
Working hours: 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM
Skills
Able to speak, read and write in English and Spanish
High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not required
Ability to perform well with time-sensitive tasks; multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work nights, holidays and weekends is required. Overtime may be required.High school diploma or equivalent preferred; not required

Previous experience in a warehouse setting is required.
Basic Data Entry And Scanning Skills Are Required.
Attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

6 Months Minimum Forklift Experience Required.
