Supervisory Responsibilities
- None.
- Administers bedside and personal care such as ambulation and personal hygiene assistance. Electronically charts services performed, reporting changes in client condition to manager or supervisor.
- Performs healthcare-related tasks such as monitoring vital signs and medication under the direction of registered nurses or physicians.
- Must possess a strong service orientation, including active listening, critical thinking skills, and close monitoring of clients.
- Basic understanding of medical terminology.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- More than two years of experience preferred.
- Prolonged periods of standing, bending, and lifting.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
