Job Description: The nature of the work is focused on consumer insights, assortment planning, Go to Market, and product management activities. Ensure merchandised assortments allow appropriate segmentation, deliver differentiation of the market place and drive incremental growth Finalize all category assortment plans and gain resolution against issues on flow, pricing and distribution decisions Work to ensure assortment category vision is driven to the retail floor and that end state is profitable consumer right assortments Optimize the planning and placement of products in the appropriate format

Typically requires a Bachelors Degree and minimum of 2-4 years directly relevant work experience Note: One of the following alternatives may be accepted: PhD or Law + 1 yr; Masters + 0-3 yrs; Associates degree + 1-3 yrs; High School + 3-5 yrs.

This is a support role for the Kids Apparel Merch Team. They are looking for a self starter who has an interest in learning more about Merchandising. They will be assisting the team with various tasks including: updating internal software tools and templates, unboxing and organizing samples, running samples to other teams, etc.

Please note: This is a medical leave fill for an FTE worker.

Must be local to WHQ and willing to be onsite with a 4-1 schedule and 9-5 hours
