Admistrative/Dispatch Details

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 14.00 to $ 17.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• Weekend work required
• First Shift ( Monday through Friday from 08:00am to 05:00pm )
• Must have customer service skills and telephone etiquette
• Highly thorough and dependable
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to create and maintain professional relationships within all levels of the organization (peers, work groups, customers, supervisors)
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team
• Flexibility to operate and self-driven to excel in a fast-paced environment
• Capable of multi-tasking, highly organized, with excellent time management skills
• Detailed oriented with excellent follow-up practices
  
  

Admistrative/Dispatch Qualifications

• Microsoft Office
• Able to work in an Industrial Environment
• Able to cross-train and wear many hats
• Detail oriented
• Team player
• High School Diploma
• Self Driven with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Applicant may be subject to a background check
