THE ROLE

Essential Responsibilties

The DET is responsible for the execution of complex and/or high-profile events. This position determines event technical requirements to capture new business or to execute definite business. Support the growth and profitability of the company by the execution of direct sales and billing. The DET is responsible for inventory control and asset management. Also, facilitates the implementation of processes and SOPs that drive consistency in event execution, optimize deployment of production resources, and drive the development of team members while ensuring adherence to Technical and Production expectations. This position is responsible for implementing & overseeing quality control (QC) of equipment and services.

Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities

Excellent Organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail Delivers world class service and builds relationships with current and potential clientele Experienced in pre-event and onsite execution of clients audio visual requirements both large and small Having a thorough comprehension of the sales process and financial acumen

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Must be able to lift up to 40lbs at times Must be able to stand or walk for long periods of time during events Must be able to work a variety of hours in order to accommodate events
