This is a full-time on-site role for a Nurse II at North Texas State Hospital in Wichita Falls, TX. The Nurse II will be responsible for providing quality care to patients of different age groups, administering medications, collaborating with healthcare teams, and maintaining accurate patient records. The role involves working closely with patients to assess their needs, implementing care plans, and supporting their overall well-being.

• Patient assessment, medication administration, and healthcare team collaboration skills
• Experience in maintaining accurate patient records
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of psychiatric care practices and protocols
• Ability to work under pressure and handle challenging situations
• Active RN license in the state of Texas
• BSN degree or equivalent in Nursing
• CPR and ACLS certifications
