Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will diagnose and manage movement dysfunction, enhance physical and functional abilities, and promote optimal wellness, fitness, and quality of life related to movement and health. You will also work to prevent the onset, symptoms, and progression of impairments, functional limitations, and disabilities resulting from diseases, disorders, conditions, or injuries. This position reports to the Department Director.

Education:
- Bachelors degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited Physical Therapy program (required).
- Previous experience in a related scope of practice (preferred).
- Licensed Physical Therapist in the State of Montana (required).
- BLS certification (required).
- Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, practices, standards, and techniques.
- Proficiency in the use and maintenance of physical therapy equipment.
- Knowledge of safety protocols and procedures.
- Excellent written communication skills for report writing and record-keeping.
- Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with patients, medical staff, and the public.
- Problem-solving skills to identify and recommend solutions.
- Strong evaluation skills for utilization statistics and other relevant data.
- Clear communication and interpersonal skills.
- Dexterity and manual skill required to operate computers and office equipment efficiently.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, changing work environment and manage varying patient needs.
- Positive attitude and ability to work well with healthcare team members and diverse patient populations.
