Position Summary:

Serenity Trails Travel Co is seeking a dedicated Hotel Booker to join our team in a remote capacity. In this role, you'll be responsible for coordinating hotel accommodations, managing reservations, and providing top-notch customer service to our corporate clients. Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate hotel accommodations for corporate clients, ensuring suitable and comfortable stays.

  • Maintain organized records of hotel bookings, expenses, and client information, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
  • Work collaboratively with team members to support the overall success of the department and ensure a positive client experience.
