We Are Hiring Physical Therapist - $55-$70

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist who is committed to providing exceptional, personalized care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes. With the flexibility to create their own schedule, the Physical Therapist will have the freedom to align it with their needs and preferences.

In this pivotal role, the Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive assessments to determine the individual needs of patients, both initially and on an ongoing basis. Working closely with physicians, they will develop and modify personalized treatment plans based on patient progress. Additionally, they will contribute to the development and implementation of interdisciplinary patient care plans specifically tailored to physical therapy.

As a key member of our team, the Physical Therapist will collaborate closely with physicians to administer diagnostic and prognostic tests. These tests will evaluate patients' muscle, nerve, joint, and functional abilities. Through a diverse range of physical therapy techniques, such as exercise, massage, heat, water, light, and electricity, the Physical Therapist will effectively alleviate pain, enhance function, and optimize performance.

In this role, the Physical Therapist will also play a crucial role in educating and guiding both patients and their families in the physical therapy program. They will provide the necessary equipment to support the treatment plan and coordinate outpatient services for procedures that cannot be administered at home. Ensuring accurate and timely records of evaluations, treatments, and patients' therapy intervention responses are maintained is of utmost importance. Additionally, they will provide supervision to Physical Therapy Assistants and paraprofessionals, strictly adhering to agency policies.

The requirements for this position include being a graduate of a Physical Therapy school approved by the Council of Medical Education of the American Medical Association, in collaboration with the American Physical Therapy Association. A valid license to practice Physical Therapy in the state of Hawaii is also mandatory. Preferred qualifications include a minimum of one year of institutional/home health experience. A complete criminal background check and current CPR certification are both essential.

We offer competitive compensation ranging from $55,000 to $70,000 per year, accompanied by a flexible schedule. This remarkable opportunity allows the Physical Therapist to make a positive impact on the lives of patients while working in a supportive and collaborative work environment.
