Description

This role involves direct reports and will partner directly with the site Business Unit Manager while also reporting to the Division HR Manager. The site comprises approximately 460 employees, offering numerous opportunities to showcase leadership by positively impacting your team and business partners. The Site Human Resources Manager/Leader will demonstrate leadership skills as a strategic HR business leader, relied upon to leverage results-based business acumen.

Requirements

  • Must have aerospace experience.
  • Strong tenure on resume.
  • Required to meet Export Control compliance requirements; therefore, a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R.
  • 120.15 is necessary. U.S. Citizenship/Permanent residency is required for most positions.
