Job Description

As a Landscape Account Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of commercial landscape accounts. Your primary role will be to ensure the satisfaction of our clients by delivering top-quality service, maintaining strong relationships, and managing all aspects of their landscaping needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of landscape maintenance accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, serving as their main point of contact.
• Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality of work and address any client concerns or issues.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services.
• Prepare and present proposals for landscape enhancements and additional services.
• Monitor and manage budgets for each account, ensuring profitability.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services.
• Handle client communications, including resolving any issues promptly and professionally.
• Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.
• Stay updated on industry trends, products, and best practices.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Landscape Architecture, Horticulture, or a related field (preferred).
• Proven experience in landscape management or a related field.
• Strong understanding of horticultural practices, landscape maintenance, and enhancement.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and landscape management software.
