Viridian Staffing's (www.viridianstaffing.com) Client is looking for an exceptional people manager to be their Head of Cultivation for an indoor grow operation in the Eugene, Oregon, area.

Founded in 2013, Viridian Staffing is the premier staffing, recruiting, and HR consulting firm solely dedicated to organizations in and supporting the commercial, medical, and industrial cannabis / hemp industry.

As Head of Cultivation, you will be responsible for the leadership and organization for all cultivation activities in the grow operation. You have managed indoor cultivation facilities of at least 15k+ square feet of canopy with multiple flowering rooms. You have experience with both HPS and LED lighting. If you love all aspects of managing a grow cycle, mentoring/managing the people who also have a strong passion for growing, and developing your direct reports, then we'd love to see your resume to be considered for this opportunity!
