The Associate Program Manager is responsible for coordinating specific elements of a program. This individual performs duties supporting client expectations for program delivery. The Associate Program Manager may be responsible for managing support personnel while executing project activities within their assigned program area.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities

  • Executes project activities within their assigned program area
  • Serves as an educational resource for internal delivery teams supporting the program
  • Retains a working knowledge of the contractual terms and conditions associated with the program (i.e. deliverables, quality assurance standards, candidate submission process, credentialing requirements, and billable rates)
  • Manages the recruitment and fulfillment activity through various delivery teams supporting the program
  • Supports quality and/or process improvement practices
  • Collaborates with internal and external stakeholders on program best practices, promoting harmonious interpersonal relationships
  • May supervise Program Coordinator(s)
  • May oversee personnel actions including hiring and performance evaluations
  • Ensures quality of service deliverables
  • Ensures compliance with contract requirements and governing policies, as applicable
  • Develops various program status reports and presents to senior management
  • Performs other duties as assigned/necessary

Minimum Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or equivalent experience
  • Experience in account management or project coordination highly preferred
  • Ability to effectively elicit/provide information to and from appropriate individuals (including, but not limited to, supervisors, co-workers, clients) via strong communication skills; proficiency in the English language may be required
  • Computer proficiency required
  • Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age
