Office Assistant

Description

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a part-time Administrative Assistant. The position is available Monday to Thursday from 8:30 AM to 1:30 PM. The selected candidate will perform various administrative and office support duties. Please note that this job requires office presence, it's not a remote role.

Duties And Responsibilities

• Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the office
• Provide administrative support to the staff including but not limited to managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and appointments
• Assist in planning and organizing events, maintaining office supply inventory, and managing correspondence (including email, phone calls, and physical mail)
• Prepare reports, presentations, and data, as well as maintaining files, records, and correspondence for meetings
• Assist in coordinating and maintaining records for staff office space, phones, company credit cards and office keys
• Performs miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in administrative support roles is desirable
• Highly proficient in MS Office Suite, with emphasis on Excel and Word
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
