In this position...

We are adding a highly organized and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant to provide comprehensive support to several of our Executive and Leadership team members. This role is critical in ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities and projects.

This is a hybrid position in Dearborn, MI and the team is normally onsite for 2-3 days/week.

Responsibilities

What you'll do...

  • Manage a busy calendar, scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare and distribute meeting agendas and materials.
  • Handle correspondence, including emails, phone calls, and letters.
  • Create and maintain detailed records and files.
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as needed.


Qualifications

You'll have...

  • High School Diploma, GED or a combination of education and equivalent work experience
  • 10+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role with experience that include but not be limited to the following:
    • Strong organizational and time management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Microsoft Office Suite experience
    • Operating with discretion and confidentiality is essential.
  • 5+ years of experience supporting multiple executives, senior leaders, or similar roles,

  • Associate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other tools.

This position is a range of salary grades 3-4
