We are looking to hire a detail-oriented and reliable Accounts Receivable Clerk to assist in the accounts receivable process of our company. Your responsibilities will primarily revolve around billing customers, processing payments, managing invoices, and maintaining accounting records.

- Post daily receipts and update customer files.
- Process invoices and issue them to customers.
- Perform account reconciliations regularly and resolve any discrepancies.
- Maintain and update customer files, including name or address changes, mergers, or mailing attentions.
- Processing and monitoring incoming payments, and securing revenue by verifying and posting receipts.
- Update receivable ledger, and keep track of clients who are overdue on their payments.
- Respond to customer inquiries, resolve invoice disputes and clarify account discrepancies.
- Assist with month-end closing processes.
- Support financial auditing processes when necessary.
- Ensuring all transactions are compliant with financial policies and procedures.
