HR Generalist

Description

Robert Half is looking for a highly organized, detail-oriented Contract HR Generalist. The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, a solid understanding of human resources principles, and a proven ability to juggle multiple tasks under tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
• Conduct employee onboarding and assist in employee exit processes.
• Administer employee benefits programs and worker's compensation.
• Handle HR inquiries and provide appropriate solutions to issues.
• Maintain employee records according to policy and legal requirements.
• Develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives.
• Facilitate HR projects such as staff surveys, training, and workshops.
• Assist in the recruitment process by identifying candidates, performing reference checks and issuing employment contracts.
• Perform any other HR-related duties as required.
  
  

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a human resources position.
• Thorough knowledge of HR best practices.
• Proficient with HRIS and MS Office applications.
• Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Relevant certification or degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field.
