Burrow Global is seeking a Project Coordinator with experience for construction projects. This role will be based in Brownsville, Texas. The ideal candidate will manage and organize project documentation, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with project requirements.

- Coordinate the organization and maintenance of project documents, including drawings, specifications, contracts, and correspondence.
- Establish and manage document control procedures to ensure efficient project document tracking, distribution, and retrieval.
- Collaborate with project teams to collect, review, and update documents as necessary throughout the project lifecycle.
- Maintain document logs and databases, tracking document revisions, approvals, and distributions.
- Assist in preparing and distributing project reports, meeting agendas, and other administrative documents.
- Support project managers and team members with document retrieval and information requests.
- Ensure adherence to document control protocols and industry standards.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.
- Proficiency in document management software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with construction industry terminology and practices is preferred.
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required.
- Additional certification or training in document control or administrative support is a plus.
- Previous experience in a similar administrative role, preferably in the construction industry, is preferred.
