IT Support Specialist

The IT Support Specialist is the face of support for all internal StoneEagle colleagues. Working in a team environment, the IT Support Specialist will interact with all levels of the organization to support their use of technology. Reporting to the Manager, Corporate IT Operations, this entry-level position requires a customer service mindset and attention to detail. The IT Support Specialist role is ideal for someone looking to learn.
Responsibilities
· Serve as primary point of contact for all technical assistance requests.
· Perform remote troubleshooting of laptop, network, and cloud software issues.
· Document issues appropriately in ticketing systems for reporting purposes.
· Find opportunities to improve processes proactively.
· Automate repetitive tasks to improve efficiency and scalability.
· Work closely with the rest of the IT Operations team to assist on larger projects as needed.
· Develop a deep understanding of products, internal systems, and team processes.
· Assist with emergency after hours support – within reason.
Qualifications
· NOTE: This is a hybrid position due to the following requirements:
o May be called upon to visit datacenter.
o Occasional trips to coworking space to configure laptops and ship to colleagues.
o Other support work can be done remotely.
· Demonstrated ability to work at a detailed level.
· Effective communicator, both in written and verbal forms.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
· Experience of 1-3 years in one or more of the following:
o Technical support
o Customer support
o Other service industry
· Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 administration, Atlassian software, and/or Auto F&I Technology industry experience is a plus.
