Join the MVT Family!!! Mesilla Valley Transportation is hiring a Part-Time Bilingual Administrative Assistant in Las Cruces, NM!

The Administrative Assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to a small team within the corporate environment at Mesilla Valley Transportation.

Schedule: Monday-Friday Part-Time (Hours to be discussed in interview)

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes Excel and internal database for data entry and reporting.
• Handle incoming calls and direct to the appropriate party.
• Responds to verification requests via phone or email.
• Assists with customer service issues and de-escalates.
• Recordkeeping, upkeep, and maintenance of the integrity and confidentiality of files and records.
  
  

Qualifications:

• Strongly Proficient in Excel (Required).
• Bilingual in English & Spanish (Preferred).
• High School Diploma or equivalent (Required).
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong active listening and de-escalation techniques.
