Job Details

Must-Haves

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA) designation is required.
  
  

Experience

• Minimum of 10
• years in a senior finance role.
• Demonstrated success in complex financial management, including stock redemption planning and trust accounts.
• Experience with multi-policy invoicing in relevant industries.
  
  

Technical Skills

• Strong knowledge of AMS 360 software.
• Proficiency in budgeting tools and ERP systems.
• Expertise in financial reporting and analysis, especially in managing financial operations across multiple locations.
  
  

Leadership

• Proven ability to lead and restructure finance and accounting teams.
• Experience in cross-functional collaboration with HR, Sales, and Operations.
  
  

Compliance & Systems Management

• Knowledgeable in managing compliance, audits, and financial reviews, including 401K audits and S-corp tax preparation.
• Experience in overseeing financial software systems and ensuring operational efficiency.
