Graphic Designer

Ullico is actively seeking a Graphic Designer for our Silver Spring, MD office. This person should be passionate about design, highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, and able to translate our brand identity into visually compelling designs across various platforms. The department plays a pivotal role in shaping the brand image, establishing strong relationships with our stakeholders, and delivering key messages to both internal and external audiences.

Job Responsibilities

• Create visually engaging designs for print and digital media, including brochures, flyers, social media graphics, presentations, and website assets.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop concepts and execute design projects that align with our brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines for various business units.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in graphic design and digital media.
  
  

Minimum Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with two - three years' experience in Graphic Design. This person will need to exhibit a high level of professionalism and be able to interface with all levels of personnel. Exceptional written, organizational, communication, and presentation skills are also necessary. The ideal candidate should be a pro-active self-starter who is comfortable working independently, can think outside of the box, isn't afraid to make suggestions and can build and foster strong relationships. Attention to detail and ability to follow-through are essential, as is the ability to be flexible and adjust to situations on the fly. Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite is required and must have experience in Adobe Illustrator, Adobe InDesign, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Premier Pro, Adobe After Effects and Adobe XD. The successful candidate may be requested to submit samples of previous work.
