Job Description and Responsibilities:
- Present, promote and sell New/Used homes using solid arguments to prospective clients
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis with potential clients to meet their needs
- Reach out to leads
- Drive leads through your Marketing efforts
- Achieve sales targets, and appointments
- Coordinate sales effort with team members and supervisors
- Continue to improve through feedback, constructive criticism and everyday training
- Sales: 3 years (Preferred)
- Customer Service: 3 years (Preferred)
- Outside Sales: 1 year (Preferred)
- Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)
