Job Description: We are seeking a motivated and hardworking Landscaper to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and improving outdoor spaces through lawn care, planting, trimming, and other landscaping duties. This role requires physical stamina, the ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions (including extreme heat), and a passion for creating beautiful landscapes.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform lawn maintenance, including mowing, edging, and trimming
Plant flowers, shrubs, trees, and other greenery
Mulch, fertilize, and water plants and lawns as needed
Operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and edgers
Maintain cleanliness of outdoor areas, including trash removal and sweeping
Install hardscape features like walkways, patios, and retaining walls
Identify and resolve issues related to plant health or pest infestations
Follow all safety protocols when handling tools and materials
Ensure proper care and maintenance of landscaping tools and equipment
Assist with irrigation system installation and repairs
Work outdoors in various weather conditions, including high temperatures
Qualifications:
Experience In Landscaping Or Groundskeeping Preferred, But Not Required
Ability to work outdoors for extended periods in varying weather conditions, including heat
Knowledge of basic landscaping techniques and equipment operation
Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality
Physical stamina and ability to lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work independently or as part of a team
Good communication skills
