Duties and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for technical support of assigned technicians and their territories
  • Responsible for field training of newly hired technicians
  • Mentoring assigned technicians
  • Responsible for training and continued education of assigned technicians
  • Perform random periodic check of assigned technician work
  • Responsible for resolving all customer callbacks for assigned areas
  • Work closely with dispatch team to drive efficiency and productivity
  • Work closely with Account Managers and sales team to drive sales
  • Work closely with staff and field technicians to promote safety initiatives, quality control and training to ensure safety protocols are implemented and enforced
  • Provide exceptional support to both internal and external customers
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned

  • Ability to take initiative and team building all to manage in a team environment.
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience
  • Prior leadership experience in a service-focused industry
  • Experience leading teams and managing a diverse group of roles and responsibilities
  • Be an honest team player, growth-oriented, ability to do whatever it takes; safely!


Physical Requirements and Working Conditions:


  • Regularly required to sit; occasionally required to stand; walk; occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds; noise level is usually quiet.
