Manufacturing Administrative Assistant

Starting pay is $20/hr

Work 7:30-4:30, Monday-Friday

In this position, the manufacturing Admin Staff will be responsible for working supply requests in manufacturing, maintaining employee and contractor data, data entry, and reporting.

What You’ll Do

• Configure data and provide reports as needed to managers
• Maintain records for contingent workforce staffing
• Facilitate supply purchases
• Administering company policies and procedures
• Perform other Admin duties assigned by management
• Special projects and problem solving
• Support overtime meal requirements for production teams

What You’ll Bring

• High School diploma/ Some college preferred
• 5+ years of related experience (Manufacturing experience a plus)
• Strong interpersonal skills and adaptive communication style
• Confidence to make decisions and work with a variety of different stakeholders
• Teamwork: Works effectively across organizations to achieve company goals and objectives
• Ability to take the lead when necessary
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
