Job Summary

As a part-time Social Media Coordinator, you will focus on content creation, brand awareness, and

community management. They will also be the point of contact for our Brand Ambassador Program.

The Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for working with and assisting the Marketing team

to create relevant and engaging content to build our online presence all while maintaining CADY’s

brand and tone.

This opportunity is ONSITE 3-4 days a week (office located behind the Avalon in Alpharetta)

Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and scheduling content across all our social media platforms (TikTok,

Instagram, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, etc.).

  • The Social Media Coordinator will be the point of contact for the CADY Brand Ambassador
  • Program which includes:
  • Onboarding new Brand Ambassadors
  • Answer any questions they might have regarding creating their content
  • Assist in the approval of their branded content
  • Reposting/Sharing their approved content across our social platforms
  • Work alongside the Marketing team to develop new social media strategies/campaigns
  • Assist in the growth of the CADY brand by raising awareness across our social platforms
  • Lead community management by interacting with followers and answering any questions
  • on posts or direct messages
  • Resharing/Reposting tagged content that meets CADY’s brand guidelines
  • Partner with key marketing team members to develop creative assets for social posts
  • Tracking user engagement and performance on various social platforms
  • Coordinate with the Digital Marketing Manager on all daily operations
  • Assist with any Marketing photo/video shoots for advertising materials as needed
  • Research competitor social media accounts and compare account performance
  • Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and
  • applications

Qualifications

1-2 years experience in community management

Comprehensive knowledge of social media platforms

Proficient in content creative tools (CapCut, Photoshop, Canva, etc.)

Familiarity with social content scheduling tools, like Hootsuite

Impressive communication skills

Ability to identify and track relevant community metrics

Basic copywriting skills

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills

Entry-level experience determining how to cater unique marketing campaigns to a unique

audience
