Description

Our client is seeking an Administrative Coordinator with exceptional organizational skills and an eye for detail. Applicants should have a college degree and over a year of experience in a similar role.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings, travel, conference calls, and complete expense reports.
  • Maintain system databases, monitor office operations and budget.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as receiving calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents.
  • Facilitate the efficient operation of the office.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • Minimum of 1 year’s experience in an administrative role.
  • Proficiency in MS office and office management systems.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills.
