Þ Significantly impact a growing biotech and support their computational and experimental teams.
Þ Collaborate with a high caliber scientific group and solve challenging scientific problems.

Responsibilities
- Lead the application of cutting-edge ML models to address bottlenecks in target discovery of cancer-related therapies.
- Develop and scale ML and DL models to large biological datasets to solve complex biological problems.
- Deliver robust, tested, and deployable applications and ensure proper code documentation.
- Stay current with emerging trends in ML/DL and immuno-oncology.
- PhD in computer science, bioinformatics, or similar and 2+ years of biotech industry experience.
- Experience in supervised and unsupervised ML, generative modeling, representation learning, and graph neural networks.
- Expertise in modern statistical and ML/DL techniques is required.
- Experience with NGS datasets including scRNAseq.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- This is a remote position with monthly travel to headquarters.
