As a senior marketing manager, you will…
- Lead the seasonal campaign work for our Holiday promotion. Building strategies to strengthen connection with our customers and balance short-term and long-term marketing priorities across all communications channels.
- Lead the development and execution of multi-channel marketing strategies - proactively identifying new opportunities to encourage store visits and support Brand engagement throughout the season.
- Lead the marketing strategy for Holiday at Starbucks, finding new ways to improve the customer experience - influencing and implementing our long-term strategy.
- Manage the creation of marketing briefs, guide, evaluate creative work with our agencies, ensuring output is on strategy and on budget.
- Develop and implement marketing research plans in partnership with Consumer Insights & Analytics to inform Go-To-Market strategies and creative briefs.
- Partner with a broad group of cross-functional partners and our agency to develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market plans, cross-channel communication strategies, generate new ideas, manage projects and resolve issues. Foster and develop relationships to ensure project timelines are met and conflict is resolved or escalated in a timely fashion.
- Support the development of written communications including leadership presentations, campaign recaps and marketing business cases for new programs or initiatives.
- Minimum 5+ years of brand management experience
- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience
- Ability to work proactively, collaboratively
- Ability to communicate clearly, concisely and persuasively
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- Ability and willingness to navigate change and ambiguity
- If you are working in CA, CO, IL, LA, ME, MA, NE, ND or RI, you will accrue vacation up to a maximum of 120 hours (190 in CA) for roles below director and 200 hours (316 in CA) for roles at director or above. For roles in other states, you will be granted vacation time starting at 120 hours annually for roles below director and 200 hours annually for roles director and above.
