We are a vibrant and inventive company looking for a highly driven, customer-focused Remote Entry-Level Help Desk Technician to join our team. As a Help Desk Technician, you will provide great technical support to our clients by fixing difficulties and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Responsibilities

  • Offer technical assistance via phone, email, and chat.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues.
  • Use CRM software to record and track customer interactions.
  • Work with internal teams to address challenging issues.
  • Keep up with industry trends and upcoming technologies.
  • Create and manage technical knowledge base.

Requirements

  • Must have a high school diploma or the equivalent, but an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
  • Must have 02 years of work in technical support or a related field.

Must have CompTIA A+ certification or be willing to get it.

Knowledge of how to use operating systems (like Windows, macOS, and Linux)

  • Strong logical and problem-solving skills
  • Great customer service and communication skills

Preferred Skills And Experience

  • Experience with help desk software (Zendesk, ServiceNow)
  • Understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, and DHCP).
  • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, and Google Cloud)
  • ITIL or Customer Service certification (ICCP-1)
