Job Description:

We are is seeking a creative and motivated Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our marketing team. The role is ideal for someone eager to learn, with a passion for fitness and marketing. This position involves supporting marketing initiatives, social media management, event coordination, and brand promotion

Pay Range: $1150 - $1350 weekly

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in developing and executing marketing campaigns, promotions, and events to drive brand awareness and engagement.
• Create and schedule content for social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and Twitter, maintaining an active online presence.
• Help monitor and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and digital content using analytics tools.
• Collaborate with the design team to create visually appealing marketing materials (flyers, posters, and social media graphics).
• Assist in managing the company's email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, scheduling, and analyzing results.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth within the fitness industry.
  
  

Skills, Knowledge And Expertise

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong interest in fitness and a passion for marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with social media platforms and marketing tools (Hootsuite, Canva, etc.) is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines.
• Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Previous internship or experience in marketing is a plus, but not required.
