Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant to support our executive team with day-to-day tasks and administrative duties. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys a dynamic work environment and is passionate about providing exceptional assistance.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and maintain the executive’s schedule, including appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
• Handle email correspondence, phone calls, and communications on behalf of the executive.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting agendas as needed.
• Assist with personal errands, such as making reservations and handling household needs.
• Coordinate and manage projects, ensuring deadlines are met and tasks are completed efficiently.
• Keep records organized and manage files, documents, and office supplies.
• Act as a liaison between executives, clients, and internal teams.
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Strong communication abilities, both written and verbal.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively.
