UKG is looking for a VP of Product Management to lead our award winning PRO HCM suite of products. This role will lead all aspects of the HCM product strategy for our enterprise and mid-market segments. This person will a lead a growing team of product managers across a broad suite of products including HRMS, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management. The leader will also work closely with engineering leadership on development and delivery plans. The ideal candidate is an innovative product leader with a history of managing market leading products in a fast paced, enterprise SaaS company.

Responsibilities

• Lead the HCM product teams creating our vision, strategy and product plans for the next 3 to 5 years.
• Lead a team of product management professionals with a focus on mentoring, growing and inspiring team members in their career journeys
• Work closely with engineering and architecture to create delivery plans and manage the daily operations of the team
• Partner with the sales organization to build strong customer relationships and represent our HCM product strategy with our strategic customers
• Be a speaker on HCM strategy and plans at industry events and analyst briefings
• Partner with our product marketing teams to help define our go-to-market plans
  
  

Qualifications

Qualifications

• Demonstrated success in defining product strategy and establishing a clear set of product principles and guidelines
• Demonstrated success leading and growing a large team of product managers and senior product leaders
• Experience working on pricing, packaging and GTM plans
• Organizational leadership ability with strong relationship management skills across a wide variety of audiences including executive management
• Excellent communication skills
• A decisive leader with executive presence
• Strong technical skills to partner effectively with engineering
• 15+ years’ experience in product management in SaaS applications
• BA/BS
