Maintenance Supervisor
Blue Roc Premier is actively searching for a seasoned and skilled Maintenance Supervisor to become a valuable addition to our team. We prioritize the growth and development of our staff, offering an outstanding training program aimed at cultivating strong leadership abilities in you.
As a Resident Service Director you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our communities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 7 years of experience in a multi-family setting, possess excellent technical skills, and be committed to maintaining high standards of safety and cleanliness.
Your Daily Job
Supervisory Experience: Oversee and lead a team of maintenance associates.
Technical Expertise: Utilize HVAC 608 Certification and demonstrate proficiency in electrical and plumbing tasks.
Leadership and Organization: Demonstrate strong leadership and organizational skills.
Operational Efficiency: Ensure the community operates smoothly and in compliance with safety standards.
Timely Service Requests: Oversee that all service requests and repairs are completed correctly and in a timely manner.
Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors.
Safety and Cleanliness: Maintain a clean and safe work area, ensuring the community operates according to safety standards.
Communication: Effectively communicate with residents, fellow associates, vendors, and supervisors to address maintenance issues promptly.
Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the service team to enhance curb appeal and uphold high standards for the property.

Requirements
- HVAC 608 Certification is a MUST.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in multifamily property maintenance and team supervision.
- Electrical and plumbing knowledge
- Detail-oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Effective communication skills with residents, associates, vendors, and supervisors
- Detail-oriented with a focus on resident satisfaction.
- Effective communication skills.
- Knowledge of preventive and general maintenance.
- College degree helpful.
- Dedication to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Valid Driver's License
- Bilingual a plus
