We are seeking an administrative professional to perform various administrative tasks in a professional manner. Work involves filing paperwork, directing calls, typing, creating filing systems, and working well in a faced paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Communicating with several departments
Answering and directing phone calls
General bookkeeping duties
Managing data in programs such as
Excel
Google sheets
Microsoft Word
Office software
Office supply ordering
Maintaining professional relationships
Data entry
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (Various Shifts Available)
Skills:
Problem-solving skills
Able to work independently
Self management skills
Knowledge Of General Office Software Such As:
Google office software
Microsoft office software
Spreadsheet knowledge
Etc.
Able to sit for long periods of time
Multi-tasking skills
Organization skills
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
Problem-solving skills
Able to work independently
Self management skills
Knowledge Of General Office Software Such As:
Google office software
Microsoft office software
