ServiceNow Module Developer

Nashville , TN

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and customize ServiceNow modules based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
  • Design and implement integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems.
  • Configure ServiceNow workflows, UI policies, client scripts, and business rules to improve functionality and usability.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to ServiceNow configurations and integrations.
  • Ensure adherence to best practices in module development, deployment, and testing.
  • Conduct system testing and user acceptance testing (UAT) for new modules and enhancements.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of all configurations and customizations.


Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow development.
  • Strong knowledge of ServiceNow modules (e.g., ITSM, ITOM, HRSD, CSM).
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide API, and ServiceNow scripting.
  • Experience with ServiceNow integrations using REST, SOAP, and other API technologies.
  • Expertise in ServiceNow workflows, client scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS).
  • Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).
  • Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.
