Build a pipeline of candidates and handle full-cycle recruitment efficiently.Compliance: Ensure recruitment practices adhere to EEO laws and regulations.Compensation & Benefits: Analyze market trends for salaries and benefits, and recommend competitive compensation packages.Talent Management: Forecast workforce needs, create job postings, manage the interview process, and negotiate offers.Learning & Development: Foster a learning culture and support career development and training.HRIS & Reporting: Manage the recruiting platform, maintain a candidate database, track recruitment metrics, and generate reports.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, HR, or related field.At least 4 years of experience in talent acquisition.Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS/ATS systems.Strong negotiation, communication, and multitasking skills.Ability to maintain confidentiality and build professional relationships.PandoLogic.
