Responsibilities

• Provide technical support and troubleshoot issues related to Cisco Technologies
• Manage and maintain Microsoft software systems and applications
• Utilize the WMS System effectively for workflow management
• Support and maintain Network Equipment and Networking tools for optimal organizational efficiency
• Oversee the functionality of Database systems and ensure data integrity
• Handle hardware including Printer Hardware, Desktop Hardware, and Laptop Hardware
• Ensure seamless operation of various Operating Systems
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement IT solutions
• Continuously update technical knowledge and skills.
  
  

Requirements

• Must possess comprehensive knowledge of Cisco Technologies
• Proficiency in Database management is required
• Experience with Desktop Hardware and Laptop Hardware is a must
• Proficiency in Microsoft applications is essential
• Familiarity with Network Equipment is required
• Understanding of Networking principles and protocols is necessary
• Proficiency in various Operating Systems is essential
• Experience with Printer Hardware is required
• Knowledge of WMS System is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and independently
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Must have a proactive and customer-focused mindset
• Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
