Creative Director/ Production Assistant

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Director/Production Assistant to join our team and work with our onsite client in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The client is in the vehicle fleet space. In this specific role, you will lead the creative initiative while providing vital support in the production process. Your responsibilities will include strategizing and conceptualizing compelling visual content from a photo/video perspective, and working closely with existing photographer/videographer on direction. This freelance position requires 5-10 hours a month on an ongoing basis.

Key Responsibilities

• Creative Direction: Conceptualize and direct engaging photo/video content that aligns with the brand’s goals and and with the company’s brand identity.
• Production Support: Assist in coordinating photo/video shoots, editing content, and managing timelines to ensure project deadlines are met.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the onsite videographer, Onda ad buying team and Client to ensure cohesion.
• Content Strategy: Help develop content strategies that resonate with the client's target audience and drive engagement.
• Project Management: Oversee the project and ensure quality and efficiency throughout the production process.

• Proven experience in creative direction and production assistance.
• Strong proficiency in design software
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
