Required Skills
Moderate Knowledge of 365 Admin Center including Exchange
Knowledge of how to setup emails within the 365 Admin Center and an understanding of MFA and password reset procedures
Moderate Knowledge Azure Active Directory/Entra ID
Moderate Knowledge of MDM/Intune
An understanding of how to access and maintain Defender for Endpoint
High level knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
High level knowledge of Microsoft Office
High level knowledge of Microsoft Sharepoint and OneDrive
Organizational skills and the ability to properly document and track a large number of devices including PCs, iOS tablets/phones, and other interconnected peripherals
Installation of computers at desk locations along with appropriate peripherals including Human Input Devices (HID), Monitors, Hubs, and Docking Stations
Moderate knowledge of device physical repair practices for Desktops, Laptops, Tablets, Etc
Moderate to High level knowledge of device diagnostics and troubleshooting
Some knowledge of networking principles for switches, routers, and access points
Knowledge of networked printer installation and print servers
Preferred Skills
Willing to learn Cabinet System
High level knowledge of the Microsoft Admin Suite, including license management and security policy configuration
High level knowledge of MDM/Intune physical onboarding procedures
High level knowledge of MDM/Intune device maintenance tools, including remote Defender threat policy updates, wipe and redeployment of devices, Etc
High level knowledge of Microsoft Security Admin Center/Defender Portal configuration principles and monitoring
An understanding of how to configure remote access for devices in order to provide quick and effective remote support
An understanding of the Apple Business Management dashboard
Not Required but need to be willing to learn as they are necessary to long term positions:
Encompass System
AB-Marketing Applications such as Space Planning Plus
Learn AB-Marketing and Encompass support ticket system
Kronos/UKG Ready
Maintenance of scanners such as Client handheld scanners and Zebra ring scanners
Maintenance of Zebra printers
