Responsibilities

Plan and coordinate all aspects of construction projects.

Manage project timelines and budgets effectively.

Oversee the work of subcontractors and labor teams to ensure quality and safety standards.

Serve as the primary liaison between clients, stakeholders, and project teams.

Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor project progress.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Prepare and submit reports on project status, challenges, and resolution strategies.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in construction management role.

Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and legal regulations.

Exceptional leadership and communication skills.

Proficiency in project management software and construction tools.

Ability to solve problems and make decisions under pressure.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
