About The Role
The Digital Designer will work to create high-quality digital experiences, on-brand visual content, and compelling graphics for our digital platforms. You will help to shape the design vision and strategy while driving the execution of our consumer-facing products.
The Digital Designer will be responsible for aligning marketing and product strategies on the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions. You will need to have a strong sense of the brand and a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translating requirements into design.
What You’ll Do
The anticipated salary range for this position is $80,000-$110,000. Compensation offered will be determined by level, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Certain roles may be eligible for a bonus incentive as part of a full salary package. In addition, Roundglass offers comprehensive benefits: Regular 9 federal holidays and 1 floating holiday, 3 days of bereavement, 2 days of jury duty, medical/dental/vision with PPO/HSA plans with employer contribution, EAP provided by CIGNA and Standard, Pet Insurance for your furry friends, Basic Life/LTD/STD employer paid, 401k plan with maximum match of $5,000.00, PTO (paid time off) 120 hours to start and increased by years of service. Some benefits are not applicable for Part-Time Employment & outside of the United States.

About The Role

The Digital Designer will be responsible for aligning marketing and product strategies on the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions. You will need to have a strong sense of the brand and a demonstrated ability to collaborate cross-functionally, translating requirements into design.
What You’ll Do
- Design emails, landing pages, and product pages.
- Translate product positioning, existing research, and marketing strategies into effective designs.
- Create assets that adhere to the overall visual and brand direction.
- Translate marketing objectives into clear creative.
- Be capable of effectively troubleshooting and Q/A the work.
- Develop concepts for special events.
- Work on projects from conception to completion by deadlines.
- 7+ years of professional design experience
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, InDesign)
- Experienced in executing design best practices across media channels.
- A solid understanding of HTML / CSS / JavaScript
- Has strong typography skills.
- Comfortable presenting your designs and key deliverables to peers and executive-level stakeholders.
- Stays on top of current design trends.
- Illustration skills preferred.
- You are very organized and work efficiently and independently but as part of a larger team.
- Thrives in a start-up environment.
